5 - 1 parallel dots (Neer Pulli) Kolam
Start with 5 dots in the center, leave one dot at both ends and stop at 1 by putting parallel dots at both sides.
9 - 1 parallel dots (Neer Pulli) Kolam
Start with 9 dots in the center, leave one dot at both ends and stop at 1 by putting parallel dots at both sides.
6 - 2 parallel dots (Neer Pulli) Kolam
Start with 6 dots in the center, leave one dot at both ends and stop at 2 by putting parallel dots at both sides.
7 - 1 parallel dots (Neer Pulli) Kolam
Start with 7 dots in the center, leave one dot at both ends and stop at 1 by putting parallel dots at both sides.
6 - 2 parallel dots (Neer Pulli) and interlaced dots (Idukku Pulli) Kolam.
Put six dots two lines in the center. Leave two dots at both ends and
put two dots - two lines. Then put interlaced dots in between. Join
dots as shown above.
10 - 4 parallel dots (Neer Pulli) Kolam.
Put 10 dots - 4 lines. Leave three dots at both ends and three lines.
This kolam can be expanded by adding 6 more dots, i.e. 16 dots - 4 lines, leave three dots - three lines and stop at 4.
8 - 2 parallel dots (Neer Pulli) Kolam.
Put 8 dots lines. Leave one dot at both ends and stop at 2.
Join dots as shown above. Erase the remaining dots.

5 - 3 interlaced dots (Idukku Pulli) Kolam.
First put 5, 3, 1 parallel dots and draw the sikku kolam as seen in the
middle. Then put interlaced dots in the blank space. Finally join the
corners as shown above
9 - 8 - 7 - 6 interlaced dots (Idukku Pulli) Kolam.
Start with 8 dots and put 7 interlaced dot and then 8 and 9. Then
reduce to 8-7-8 and then 9 and repeat this. Finally put one dot at all
the cornersas shown above.
Draw straight lines and curves as shown above.
Draw thick line. Leave as it is or fill with desired colour powders.
