17 - 3 parallel dots (Neer Pulli) Kolam.

  

Put 17 dots in the center, 3 lines - leave three dots at both ends 

and put 4 lines and then leave 4 dots at both ends 

and put 3 lines  at both sides  as shown above.

  

Join dots as shown above. 

Draw thick lines and fill with desired colour powders.
